A guy goes into a bar with his monkey. As he sits drinking his beer the monkey sits on the bar eating peanuts. The bartender is eyeing the monkey and notices that every once in awhile the monkey picks a peanut out of the bowl, pokes it in his bum, then eats it. After watching this for some time the bartender asks the guy, "Why is your monkey poking peanuts in his bum and then eating them?" To which the guy replies, "Well, last week he ate a cueball and couldn't shit it out. So now he checks everything for size first.
