Kostakis had come to the US to study medicine. He had been living with his roommate Katherine, for about a year when his mom came to visit. Kathy was a gorgeous, 6 2, full busted blond. It was, thus, not difficult to understand his mom's amazement when Kathy opened the door. Kostakis quickly came to the door and introduced Kathy to his mom."Mom", he said, "I want you to meet my roommate Kathy." His Mom looked her over in astonishment and quietly said "pleased to meet you." Trying to ease the obvious tension Kostakis said "I know what youre thinking mom but its not like that".

"Kathy is just a roommate, she sleeps over there and I sleep over here." His mom quietly nodded her head. She stayed for about week and she left for Greece. After she had been gone Kathy went to Kostakis and diplomatically said "Kostaki, Im not saying your mom took it, but ever since your shes been gone I cant find that silver vase we used to have on the coffee table." Kostakis said: "OK, Ill send her an e-mail to mom to clear the matter up." So he sent her an e-mail saying: "Mom, Im not saying you took it but ever since youve been gone we cant find that silver vase we used to have on the coffee table." His Moms reply was simple and to the point: "If Katherine had been sleeping in her bed she would have found it by now".
